Trinidad Ballesteros

Trinidad “Trini,” “Dai-o,” Myra Lei Ballesteros, 56, of Naalehu died Jan. 23, 2013, at Kona Community Hospital. Born Oct. 23, 1956, in Pahala, she was a housewife.

Friends may call at 9 a.m. Feb. 16 at the Assembly of God Church in Naalehu for a 10 a.m. service. Family requests casual attire be worn and no flowers.

She is survived by husband, Harry Ballesteros of Naalehu; sons, Harry (Cheri) Ballesteros of Bellevue, Wash., Leroy Ballesteros of Federal Way, Wash.; daughters, Rae Lynn (Shonn) Ballesteros-Takiue of Holualoa, Jennifer Ballesteros of Naalehu; mother, Mary Evangelista of Pahala; brothers, Roderick (Marsha) Evangelista and John (Samuelyn) Evangelista, both of Hilo, Vernon (Maelyne) Evangelista of Waimea, Harry Evangelista of Pahala; sister, Georgette (Sonny) Ramos of Naalehu; nine grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and hanai children, grandchildren, sisters and brothers.
