The 2013 CrossFit for Special Olympics begins at 9 a.m. Feb. 9 at CrossFit of Kona, located off Honokohau Street, mauka of Queen K Tesoro.
The event is open to all skill levels; CrossFit membership is not required. Prizes will be awarded to top entrants. Instruction will be provided to novices.
The $35 entry fee supports Special Olympics West Hawaii. Participants will receive a T-shirt. Pre-registration is requested, but not required.
