The Hawaii Department of Education and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Pacific Services Center is offering elementary educators on the Big Island the opportunity to receive free professional development credit through in-class and check-in webinars utilizing the NOAA Sea Earth Atmosphere learning tool. The program begins Jan. 21 in Kailua-Kona and ends in May.
