Marcia Wilson

Marcia Allen Wilson, 67, of Ocean View and formerly of Carson City, Nev., died Dec. 26, 2012, at Kona Community Hospital. Born Dec. 14, 1945, in Ely, Nev., she retired as director of the deaf and hard of hearing for the Carson School District in Carson City, Nev., was a volunteer for the Ironman triathlon and Underwear Run and a participant of the Jingle Bell Run

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

She is survived by son, Derek Wilson of San Diego; daughters, Kendra Wilson of Reno, Nev., Terili Wilson of Carson City, Nev., Princess Pupule of Ocean View; stepson, Tony (Heather) Wilson of Clarkston, Mich.; stepdaughter, Robin (Christopher) Pyle of Sacramento, Calif.; four grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
