Big Island police are asking the public’s help identifying a man wanted in connection with numerous instances of fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of more than $1,700 in Hilo, Waimea and Pahoa.
The man is described as “local” or Hispanic, in his late 20s to early 30s, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, with a bald head, goatee, and tattoos on his neck and left arm, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
