Big Island police are seeking public assistance locating two men wanted on warrants.
Ted Barney John, 44, is sought on warrants for bail jumping, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree theft, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.
John is also wanted for questioning in connection with a felony theft case, according to police. In September, an 87-year-old Kailua-Kona man reported he paid a man to do work and after paying him for materials, the man cashed the check and never completed the work.
Joseph Roy Carrion, 32, of Oahu is wanted on two bench warrants for contempt of court, according to police, who noted Carrion frequently travels to the Big Island and may be in the Waikoloa area. He is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
