Primie Viernes Ribao, 66, of Hilo, died Sept. 15 at Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. Born Nov. 27, 1945, in Bacnor, Aurora, Isabela, Philippines, she was a retired teacher for Keaau Elementary School and member of First Born Temple in Hilo.

Friends may call at 6 p.m. Nov. 2 at Dodo Mortuary chapel for a 7 p.m. service. Friends may also call at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 3 at First Born Temple, Hilo, (located behind Hilo Shopping Center) for a 10 a.m. service. Burial follows at Homelani Memorial Park, Ilima Section. Family requests casual attire be worn and no flowers.

She is survived by sons, Rex (Kellcey) Ribao and George (Kristel) Ribao, both of Hilo; sisters, Luzviminda (Moodie) Palilio and Marie (Roxas) Respicio, both of Hilo, Teodocia Colobong and Pacita (Isidro) Pataueg, both of the Philippines; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
