Roy Tolentino, 68, of Pahoa, formerly of Waimea, died Aug. 12 at his residence in Ainaloa. Born in South Kohala, he was a retired fteward at Hilton Waikoloa Village.

Friends may call at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 1 at Borthwick Hawaii Funeral Home for an 11 a.m. service.

He is survived by sons, Roy (Helena Pang) Tolentino and Kyle (Jade Kamakau) Delaries, both of Hilo; daughters, Roylynn (Clinton) Bannister, of Texas, Rozel (Billy Robinson) Tolentino, of Ohio, Chelsey Rodrigues, of Texas, Cindy (Mondo) Toson, of Paauilo; brother, Rally Tolentino, of Waimea; sister, Ethel (Mariano) Carriaga, of Hilo; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
