Kunitsugu Abe
Kunitsugu Abe, 84, of Hilo died Sept. 24 at Hale Anuenue. Born in Honohina, he retired as a equipment operator for the County of Hawaii.
Friends may call at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 20 at Borthwick Hawaii Funeral Home in Hilo for a 3:30 p.m. service.
He is survived by sons, Randy (Gina Gonsalves) Abe of Waianae, Oahu, Dale (Carol Rodrigues) Abe of Honolulu, Kevin Abe of Hilo; daughter, Joyce (Gerald) Sato of Hilo; sisters, Alice Tong and Betsy Yamada, both of Honolulu; two grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
