Christopher Broussard
Christopher Lawrence Broussard, 34, of Hilo died Sept. 26 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Lafayette, La., he was a security guard for Haka Security, member of the Hawaii Army National Guard and Marine Corps veteran.
Private services were held. Additional services and burial will take place in Houston at a later date.
He is survived by wife, Dawn Broussard of Hilo; son, Joshua of Hilo; mother, Lillie (Louie) Sims of Houston; father, Ivory Broussard of Lafayette, La.; brothers, Adam Guillory and Kenneth Broussard, both of Houston; maternal grandmother, Mary Brown of Houston; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
