Gladys Arlene Lee, 76, of Shelbyville, Tenn., and formerly of Kailua-Kona, died Sept. 28, at home. Born July 8, 1936, in Williston, N.D., she was a manager for Tupperware, waitress, cook, lumber yard office manager, saleswoman at the Dakine Discount Store in Kailua-Kona and a member of the Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity in Kailua-Kona.

A service was held Oct. 1 at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel in Shelbyville, Tenn., and a burial occurred at Willow Mount Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to Susan G. Komen Foundation.

She is survived by children, DeAnn (David) Idso, of Shelbyville, Tenn., Teresa (Steven) Gray, of Kailua-Kona, Jim (Debbie) Lee, of Nashville, Tenn., Danny (Robbie Main) Lee, of Beech Island, S.C.; brothers, Orris Olson and Arnold (Alda) Olson, both of Williston, N.D.; sisters, Phoebe Johnson, of Center, N.D., Maurice (Kermit) Mickle, of Oregon; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
