Larry Bangloy Pascual Sr., 84, of Hilo, died Sept. 17 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Pahala, he was a retired electronics technician for Hawaii Electric Light Co.y and member of the Hilo Seventh-day Adventist Church and Piihonua Kumiai.

Friends may call at 5 p.m. Sept. 27 at Dodo Mortuary chapel for a 7 p.m. service. Friends may call again at 9 a.m. Sept. 28 at the Hilo Seventh-day Adventist Church for a 10:30 a.m. service. Burial follows at Homelani Memorial Park. Family requests casual attire be worn.

He is survived by daughter, Deborah Pascual, of Hilo; sons, Larry (Jean) Pascual Jr., of North Dakota, Wallace Pascual, of Georgia, Michael (Danelle) Pascual, of Ka‘u, Derwin (Starr) Pascual, Clifford (Tracey) Pascual and John (Leimomi) Pascual, all of Mountain View; sisters, Fely Padilla, Rose Rasay and Ruth (George) Aguiar, all of Hilo, Dolly Babayan, of Mountain View; brothers, Juan Fernandez, of Kohala, Nasi Fernandez, of Kona; 23 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
