Alianna West of Waikoloa recently won the title of Little Miss at the Grand National Miss American Starlet pageant held in Palm Springs, Calif. West represented Hawaii, competing against girls from all over the United States. The pageant awarded her a $5,000 savings bond. She is a fourth-grader at Waikoloa Elementary School.
