Tatsuki Kusunoki, 92, of Holualoa, died July 12 at Nakamaru Hale in Holualoa. Born Jan. 2, 1920, in Kealakekua, he was a retired mason and coffee farmer and member of the mason’s union, Kahaluu Kumiai, Hiroshima Kenjin Kai and Daifukuji Soto Mission.

Friends may call at 3 p.m. Aug. 18 at Daifukuji Soto Mission in Honalo for a 4 p.m. service. Family requests casual attire be worn and no flowers.

He is survived by son, Garrett (Arlene) Kusunoki, of Kailua-Kona; daughter, Corrine Kusunoki, of Kahaluu Mauka; brother, Mitsuyuki (Joyce) Kusunoki, of Westgate, Calif.; sisters, Mieko (James) Sato, of Keei, Momoya (James) Ritenour, of Woodland Hills, Calif., Harumi Shigetomi, of Honolulu; two grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
