Conrad Mattos is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He was last seen at Hilo Medical Center and may be in need of medical attention. He also has outstanding warrants for his arrest.
