Corrected information regarding ‘Paniolo Show’ art entries
The Waimea Arts Council makes these corrections to the Firehouse Gallery’s August Paniolo Show’s prior announcement.
The Waimea Arts Council will hold its annual Paniolo Show in August and is extending an invitation to island artists to submit work featuring a paniolo or horse theme.
Artists can bring a maximum of two pieces of original art of any medium to the Firehouse Gallery between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Sunday. Due to limited exhibition space, two-dimensional pieces must be no larger than 24-by-36 inches overall and three-dimensional works are limited to 18-by-18-by-18 inches.
The gallery committee reserves the right to reject any artwork deemed inappropriate for display, according to the limitations of its lease agreement with the County of Hawaii.
The show will be installed by the Firehouse Gallery installation committee.
