In the article, “Last chance to register for primaries” in Wednesday’s edition, a quote about voting allowing the public to “hold elected officials accountable for their decisions” was mistakenly attributed to Rex Quidilla, who heads the voter services section for the state Office of Elections. Office of Hawaiian Affairs trustee candidate Kealii Makekau said it in an interview for a different story.
