Henry Rezentes

Henry Jacinto Rezentes, 91, of Hilo, died Feb. 17 at Hilo Medical Center. He was born on Nov. 18, 1920, in Ahualoa.

He was a carpenter and painter; and a former maintenance mechanic for the former Flintkote Co. He was also a WWII U.S. Army veteran.

Visitation will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. July 16 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hilo; Memorial Mass at 10:30 a.m.; urn burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 1. Casual attire. No flowers.

Survived by daughter, Carol Rezentes of Kailua, Oahu; sons, Harvey Rezentes of Las Vegas and Rodney (Colleen) Rezentes of Hilo; brother, Morris Rezentes of Honolulu; sister, Nellie (Larry) Vierra of Sandy, Utah; sisters-in-law, Norma Rezentes of California and Grace Rezentes of Oahu; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; 17 nieces and nephews; numerous cousins.
