Robert “Bobby” Joseph Leite, 76, of Hawaiian Paradise Park, died June 30 at his residence. Born in Pepeekeo, he was a retired construction worker for Yamada & Sons and Loeffler Construction, retired from the Hawaii Army National Guard and member of Glad Tidings Church, Central Christian Church and Big Island National Guard Retirees Association.
Friends may call at 5 p.m. July 9 at Dodo Mortuary for a 6:30 p.m. service. Family requests casual attire be worn.
He is survived by wife, Suezette Leite, of Hawaiian Paradise Park; daughter, April Butts Wilkerson, of St. Louis; sons, Andrew (Michelle) Butts, of Las Vegas, Eton (Rena) Butts, of Hilo, Marvin (Wendy) Butts, of Honomu, Derek McGuire, of Kealakekua; sister, Dorothy Kaloi, of Texas; 15 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
