Eleven boys from Boy Scouts Troop 15 SNI Seicho-No-Ie Truth of Life in Kealakekua stayed at the Boy Scout Camp in Honokaia from June 17 to 22 for an annual summer camp. The boys did their best to acquire merit badges in their quest to advance in rank. In what was one of the wettest summer camps in recent history, the boys braved the rainy conditions, mosquitos, coqui frogs and muddy paths and continued to eat epic amounts of food, expend boundless energy and still attend merit badge classes from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tai Matsumura was recognized as an honor camper.
