Artemio Sensano Sr.
Artemio Agbayani Sensano Sr., 86, of Pepeekeo, died June 7 at Hilo Medical Center. Born June 25, 1925, in Ewa, Oahu, he was a retired welder for Hilo Coast Processing Co. and member of the ILWU, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Papaikou, Pepeekeo Filipino Association and Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church Filipino Club.
Friends may call at 5 p.m. June 15 at Dodo Mortuary chapel for a 7 p.m. service. Friends may also call at 8 a.m. June 16 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Papaikou for a 10 a.m. Mass. Burial is at Homelani Memorial Park (Ilima Section). Family requests aloha attire be worn. Flowers are welcome.
He is survived by wife, Leonora Sensano, of Pepeekeo; son, Artemio Sensano Jr., of Keaau; daughters, Stella Sensano Cook, of Fairfield, Calif., Yolanda (Henderson) Cartwright, of Waipahu, Oahu, Marlyn (Lloyd Jr.) Akiona, of Keaau; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Emaile Randolf Carvalho, 57, of Kailua-Kona, died May 25 at Kona Community Hospital. Born Aug. 25, 1954 in Honolulu, he was an automotive mechanic, member of Kona Church of God and a former member of Solid Rock Ministries and Koa Puna Motorcycle Club.

He is survived by wife, Gail Chismcarvalho, of Kailua-Kona; sons, Email (Marni Hunter) Quintal, of Kealakekua, Allen (Rusty) Brock and Kenneth (Mariah) Brock, both of Captain Cook; daughters, Roberta Carvalho, of Honolulu, Sylvia Carvalho, of Ocean View; mother, Patsy Gouveia, of Kailua-Kona; father, Mealo Balgas, of Honolulu; brothers, Ronald (Ilima) Carvalho and Michael (Kimberly) Mercado, both of Kailua-Kona, Chico (Donna) Carvalho, of Waimea, Dennis Balgas, of Honolulu; sisters, Dolly Sanchez, of Kailua-Kona, Debra Mercado, of Honolulu; 16 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Robert Marquess
Robert Frank Marquess, 88, of Kukuihaele, died June 2 at his residence. Born in Oregon, he was a retired mechanical and electrical engineer.
Services will be held at a later date in Oregon.
He is survived by daughter, Gayle (Clifford Small) Marquess, of Kukuihaele; son, Ken (Debbie) Marquess, of Oregon; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
