Big Island police are asking the public’s help locating a 13-year-old Keaau boy reported missing since May 4.

Big Island police are asking the public’s help locating a 13-year-old Keaau boy reported missing since May 4.

Benson Maddison is described as 4 feet tall, weighing about 70 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He was last seen leaving his Keaau home.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call the department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 329-8181 in Kona or 961-8300 in Hilo. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
