Studio features Capell and her work Tuesday

The public is invited to an open studio event featuring artist Lynn Capell and her collection of paintings featuring plein air landscapes, tango dancers and sensuous figures from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Hale Kai Art Studio.

Capell teaches plein air painting at the Donkey Mill Art Center. Her work is on display at the Wishard Gallery in Waimea, and she exhibits paintings in several galleries in Holualoa. Her artwork may also be seen at lcapell.blogspot.com.
