Mann Mortgage opens Kailua-Kona office

Oahu-based lender Mann Mortgage LLC has opened an office in Kailua-Kona. The Atrium Court location opened in January and has been adding to its team of lending professionals.

Branch Sales Manager Robert Martinson heads up the new operation. Martinson was previously a senior mortgage loan officer with Bank of America.

Senior Loan Officer Daniel Fosso was most recently with Bank of America’s Kailua-Kona branch and has been lending in Hawaii for nine years.

Loan Officer Assistant Sandria “Sandy” Choi has 15 years of marketing, event planning, social networking and branding experience.

Loan Officer Assistant Chris Fox is currently working toward completing his licensing. He was previously with Village Bank in Virginia.

Jack’s Diving Locker now authorized
Suunto Service Center

Jack’s Diving Locker in Kailua-Kona is now a factory authorized Suunto Service Center, according to Aqua Lung. Its repair technicians have gone through extensive factory training and the company has installed state of the art diagnostic equipment to enable them to perform any and all servicing on current and late model Suunto Diving Computers.

Aqua Lung dealers and customers throughout the greater Pacific region now have a closer option than the mainland for routine battery changes and service, as well as all warranty and nonwarranty repairs.

Bishop Holdings taps Clark for V.P. post

Bishop Holdings Corp. has appointed Leslie Yim Clark as its vice president. Her major areas of responsibility include assisting with day-to-day corporate operations, project management, entitlements, real estate development and sales.

Clark is the former vice president of Peninsula Papagayo in Costa Rica, where she served as senior management for the sales and marketing, club operations and residential services of the luxury, residential resort community. Clark’s career has also included several Big Island projects, including director of residential services with Hualalai Resort, and has also served in various consultant capacities for the upscale, master planned communities of Kukio and Kaunaoa.

Clark is a graduate of Punahou School and Cornell University. She also serves on the Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
