Edric “Treva” Spencer Johnson, 70, of Hilo, died April 8 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born Aug. 27, 1941, in Honolulu, he was a retired concierge at Mauna Lani Resort, past guest activities director at King Kamehemeha’s Kona Beach Hotel, former employee of the Beauty Salon at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and former dancer with Halau O Kekuhi.

Friends may call at 3 p.m. May 5 at Dodo Mortuary chapel for a 4 p.m. service. Family requests casual attire be worn. Lei are welcome.

He is survived by sister, Louella Schutte, of Waimea; brother, Alan (Darlene) Johnson, of Kula, Maui; hanai brothers, Felward Kahakelii, of Pahoa, Paul Takamatsu and David Becker, both of Honokaa; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
