The formal program ends with a discussion of ways in which the community can help, followed by a question-and-answer period.
Also on the agenda will be an update on the newly formed Coqui-Free Waimea coalition, its recent purchase of equipment and educational projects to encourage community members to assist with eradication.
The public is invited to attend the free meeting. Donations to Waimea food pantries will be accepted.
