Kamehameha-Hawaii moved halfway toward securing its third consecutive undefeated Big Island Interscholastic Federation regular season Saturday, picking up a pair of victories at Kona Community Aquatic Center.
Leading scorers Kiana Krzyska and Sydney Plunkett led the way in a 20-6 victory against Hilo, and the Warriors got balanced scoring from their reserves in a 14-3 victory win over Ka‘u.
Michelle Fratinardo, Cassidy Fratinardo and Pua Wong each posted hat tricks against the Trojans, while Alexia Osburn, Baba Manoha, Halia Nahalea and Shola Kahiapo also added goals.
Radhika Dockstader and Meghann Chow found the net for Ka‘u (0-5).
Krzyska posted her second 10-goal game of the season in the win over the Vikings, giving her a league-high 30 on the year. Plunkett added seven to push her season total to 21. Manoha had two scores and Cassidy Fratinardo found the net again.
Shea Pitoy and Kayla Ongais compiled hat tricks for Hilo (2-3).
