The public is invited to attend a series of informational meetings conducted by the state Department of Human Services. The DHS is presenting an overview of impending changes to eligibility rules and benefits for the state’s Med-QUEST program, and how these changes will affect Medicaid beneficiaries.

The public is invited to attend a series of informational meetings conducted by the state Department of Human Services. The DHS is presenting an overview of impending changes to eligibility rules and benefits for the state’s Med-QUEST program, and how these changes will affect Medicaid beneficiaries.

During these meetings the public will be able to ask questions about Med-QUEST changes before they are implemented in July. Med-QUEST Administrator Dr. Kenneth Fink will conduct the briefings. The Kailua-Kona meeting will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday at the West Hawaii Civic Center’s Community Meeting Hale, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway.
