Big Island police are asking the public’s help locating four East Hawaii teens reported as missing.

Kyle B. Hank, 17, of Puna is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds with short sand-colored hair and blue eyes, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He was last seen Sept. 21.

Noriko Miranda Rigaud, 17, of Puna is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 122 pounds with long brown hair and brown eyes, according to police. She was last seen March 7.

Cyrus E. Abiley, 15, of Hilo is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 155 pounds with short brown hair and brown eyes, according to police. He was last seen Feb. 7.

Kiana Kekahuna-Foster, 15, of Mountain View is described as 5 feet 5 inches, weighing about 150 pounds with black hair, according to police. She was last seen Nov. 24.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts should call the police department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 329-8181 in Kona or 961-8300 in Hilo. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
