c Charity Martin, 29, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded no contest Feb. 13 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. She was sentenced to pay $437 in fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

c William G. Talley III, 48, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded no contest Jan. 27 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. He was sentenced Feb. 13 to pay $437 in fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. He must also serve an unspecified amount of jail time.

c William G. Talley III, 48, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded no contest Feb. 13 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant, driving with a license suspended for a prior driving under the influence conviction, leaving the scene of an accident involving an unattended vehicle or property and inattention to driving. c Morgan Edward Palumbo, 44, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded guilty Feb. 13 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. He was sentenced to pay $937 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. His license was also revoked.
