William “Bill” George Timm, 67, of Kailua-Kona, died March 1 at his home. Born Aug. 26, 1944, in Schenectady, N.Y., he was a district secretary for Avis/Budget Group at Kona International Airport and an Army veteran.
Friends may call at noon March 7 at the West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery in Kailua-Kona for an inurnment. Casual attire is requested. Donations may be made in his memory to Hospice of Kona, P.O. Box 4130, Kailua-Kona, HI 96745.
He is survived by companion, Tom McCleary, of Kailua-Kona; brother, Donald Timm, of Dallas; nieces, Sarah Timm, Julie Timm and Carolyn Timm, both of New York.

Joey Ray Shinichi Kamei, 44, of Pahala, died Feb. 17 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born July 7, 1967, in Pahala, he was a graphic designer. Private services were held. No flowers or monetary offerings.

Angus Chong Sr.
Angus “Gus” Ioane Chong Sr., 71, of Honokaa, died Feb. 26 at Hale Hoola Hamakua care facility in Honokaa. Born in Honokaa, he was a retired King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel assistant chef and a Laupahoehoe Transportation bus driver.
Private service were held.
He is survived by sons, Angus (Monica) Chong Jr., of Kailua-Kona, Alston (Darlene) Chong, of Kailua-Kona, Aaron Chong, of Baker City, Ore.; daughter Renolyn (Jason) Fuller, of Dayton, Nev.; sisters, Ethel Andrade, of Waimea, Myrna Featheran, of Honolulu, Deanna Luahiwa, of Honolulu; 14 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Ralph “Lelo” Rodrigues, 90, of Pahoa, died Feb. 29 at Hilo Medical Center. Born Jan. 9, 1922, in Pepeekeo, he was a hunter, retired Hilo Coast Processing Co. heavy operator and Kohala Puerto Rican Social Club member.
Friends may call March 8 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo, where visitation will take place from 8 to 10 a.m. and Mass begins at 10 a.m. Burial will occur at Homelani Memorial Park’s Ilima Section. The family requests casual attire be worn.
He is survived by wife, Lillian M. Nelson Dan Foster, 49, of Pahoa, died Feb. 28 at Hilo Medical Center. Born March 13, 1962, in Honolulu, he was a retired Social Security Administration service representative.

Tamiko Kawamoto Fujio, 92, of Hilo, died Feb. 27 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Mountain View, she was a retired Hawaii Department of Education school teacher and Kamana Senior Center volunteer. She was also a member of the Hilo Hooganji Mission, Big Island Orchid Club, Hilo Orchid Society, Hilo Ceramic Guild and Kaumana Rise Kumiai.
Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. March 8 at the Dodo Mortuary Chapel, where a funeral service begins at 10 a.m. Private family committal services will occur at the Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 1 at a later time. The family requests casual attire be worn and no flowers.

Reynold Mitoshi Kaetsu, 70, of Hilo, died Feb. 21 at the Hilo Medical Center. Born March 17, 1941, in Pahala, he was a retired Eagle Distributors truck driver.
