He was sentenced to pay $1,011 in fines and fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

She was sentenced to pay $687 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.
c William Carvalho III, 35, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. He was sentenced to pay $587 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.
c Philip Ray Stroud, 54, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. He was sentenced to pay $937 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. His license was also revoked.
