c Dauko Ittu, 37, of Honaunau pleaded guilty Feb. 1 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant and driving with a license previously suspended for a driving under the influence of an intoxicant conviction. He was sentenced to pay $999 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course and ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment. He must also serve an unspecified amount of jail time.

c Nicholas Todd Denison, 28, of Kailua-Kona pleaded guilty Jan. 30 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant and storage of open container containing intoxicating liquor or consumption at a scenic lookout. He was sentenced to pay $834 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program.

c Laurieanne H. Greig, 50, of Kailua-Kona pleaded guilty Jan. 30 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. She was sentenced to pay $687 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. Her license was also revoked and she must install an ignition interlock device.

c Maria C. Harvey, 25, of Kailua-Kona pleaded guilty Jan. 30 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant and failure to have no-fault motor vehicle insurance. She was sentenced to pay $484 in fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. She must also perform an unspecified number of community service hours and her license was suspended.

c Andrea Alden McCollum, 51, of Kailua-Kona pleaded guilty Jan. 30 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant. She was sentenced to pay $437 in fees, in addition to an undisclosed fine, referred to a driver’s education course and ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment. She must also perform an unspecified number of community service hours.

c Delmer H. Escobar-Pacheco, 28, of Kailua-Kona pleaded guilty Feb. 1 to driving under the influence of an intoxicant, failure to have no-fault motor vehicle insurance and driving without a license. He was sentenced to pay $1,771 in fines and fees, referred to a driver’s education course, ordered to undergo substance abuse assessment and, if determined required, treatment, and enter a substance abuse rehabilitation program. His license was also revoked.
