Missing teens sought
Police are renewing their request for information about three missing teens.
Devin D. Balai, 17, was reported as missing from Mountain View since June 6, 2010. He is described as Hawaiian-Vietnamese, 5-foot-8, about 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Bradley Kelii Solis-Kim, 16, was reported as missing from Hilo since Sept. 27. He is described as, 5-foot-11, about 200 pounds with medium brown hair and brown eyes.
Keala Enos, 17, was reported as missing from Puna since Sept. 2. She is described as, 5-foot-5, about 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing jeans, a turquoise tank top and a white jacket. She may be on Oahu in the Waianae area.
Anyone with information on these teens’ whereabouts should call the Police Department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 329-8181 in Kona or 961-8300 in Hilo. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
Identification sought for ailing man
An elderly man found at noon Monday was unresponsive on Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona, and police are seeking public assistance to identify him.
Hawaii Fire Department medics responded to Alii Drive, just north of Kaleiopapa Street, to a report of a man who had collapsed on the side of the road. Bystanders were performing CPR on the man when rescue personnel arrived.
Police Department officers canvassed the area, but were unable to locate anyone who could identify the man, estimated to be between 60 and 70 years old. He has white hair and was wearing red shorts, a white shirt and tennis shoes.
The man was transported to Kona Community Hospital and is listed in critical condition.

Police make 29 DUI arrests
Police arrested 29 drivers for suspected drunken driving between Jan. 30 and Sunday; four were involved in traffic accident,s and one was under 21.
Police made 131 suspected DUI arrests compared with 136 in 2011.
South Hilo officers arrested 17 drivers, while Kona officers arrested eight. Two motorists were arrested in the Puna District. One driver was arrested in each of the South and North Kohala Districts.
There were 123 major accidents compared with 135 during 2011.
So far this year, there were no traffic fatalities on the Big Island.
