James Imai
James “Jimmy” Keloha Masaru Imai, 69, of Papaikou, died Jan. 12 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was a meat cutter with Kulana Foods, a former ironworker with Mutual Welding and member of the Ironworker’s Union and Democratic Party of Hawaii.
Friends may call at 2 p.m. Feb. 11 at Dodo Mortuary chapel for a 4 p.m. service. Family requests casual attire be worn and flowers omitted.
He is survived by wife, Carolyn Imai ,of Papaikou; son, Jamie (Stacie) Imai, of Papaikou; daughter, Cheryl (Doug) Awai, of Hilo; brother, Harry (Janet) Imai, of Alaska; six grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Richard Gan
Richard S.W. Gan, 86, of Hilo, died Jan. 26 at his residence. Born July 3, 1925, in Honolulu, he was a retired sheet metal worker for the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Army and Air Force veteran.
Friends may call at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 7 at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2 (pavilion) for a noon service. Family requests casual attire be worn.
He is survived by stepson, Stafford (Leslie) Santiago, of Hilo; stepdaughter, Stephanie (Russell) Lawrence, of Kaumana; brothers, George (Bernice) Gan and Johnny Gan, both of Honolulu; sisters, Elsie (Stanley) Kam, Rose (Francis) Lau, Lily Gan and Esther (Stanley) Ho, all from Honolulu; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Bruce Mara
Bruce Douglas Mara, 54, of Hilo, died Jan. 26 at Hilo Medical Center. He was born June 4, 1957, in Honolulu.
Private services were held.
He is survived by daughters, June Mara, of Hilo, Darcy Tai, of Waianae, Oahu; sons, Junior (Sheyenne) Keliikuli, Gillen Mara and Kainoa Mara, all of Wahiawa, Oahu; brother, Brian Mara, of Makaha-Waianae, Oahu; 11 grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Agnes De Lima
Agnes Bernice De Lima, 95, of Hilo, died Jan. 26 at Hilo Medical Center. Born Oct. 1, 1916, in Honolulu, she was a housewife and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo.
Friends may call at 6 p.m. Feb. 9 at Dodo Mortuary chapel for a 7 p.m. service. Friends may call at 8 a.m. Feb. 10 at St. Joseph Catholic Church for a 10 a.m. Mass. Burial follows at Homelani Memorial Park, Section 4. Family requests casual attire be worn.
She is survived by daughters, Lorraine (Tony) Amaral and Patsy (Milton) Mendoza, both of Hilo, Agnes De Lima, of Honokaa; son, Herbert De Lima, of Hilo; sister, Delia Whitt, of Columbus, Ohio; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
