Co-op to discuss shared use kitchen

Kona Producers Cooperative will hold a public meeting to discuss the feasibility of a commercial, shared use kitchen in Honalo in part of the building where the Hawaii Food Bank operates.

The purpose of the meeting is to gauge the community interest and commitment to a shared use kitchen in South Kona and to answer any questions the public may have concerning the proposed project.

The meeting will be from 6 to 9 p.m. March 10 at the Cooperative Extension Service office, 79-7381 Mamalahoa Highway, Kealakekua, 322-4892.
