Kupaa Business Planners opens in Holualoa

Rebecca “Kawehi” Inaba, former owner of Mokulele Airlines, has opened a new company in Holualoa that focuses on business planning, promotional and marketing. Kupaa Business Planners, located in the historic Kona Hotel, will offer custom-built plans and services that reflect the style and essence of the individual business owner.

Kupaa Business Planners will assist business owners with developing plans and strategies that include clear direction and objectives, said Inaba. A complete business plan, she said, enables a business owner to be prepared to: support a loan application; raise equity funding; start a business; set a value on a business; evaluate a new product line, promotion or expansion; define agreements between partners and define objectives and strategies for reaching those goals.

The business also offers a range of marketing and promotional services for small businesses, specifically designed to build awareness of a company’s products and services.

“Many small businesses cannot afford to hire someone with expertise in marketing and promotions to enhanced their business,” Inaba said. “Kupaa allows small to medium businesses the opportunity to choose from a range of services and will tailor these services to meet the marketing/promotional needs of the company.”

These services include: marketing research, event planning and execution, writing and distribution of media releases and creative promotional and design concepts.
