Windermere Real Estate opens office in Kailua-Kona
Windermere Real Estate, the largest regional real estate brand in the western United States, announces the opening of its first affiliate office in Hawaii. Called Windermere Island Properties, this new office is situated in Kailua-Kona.
Windermere Island Properties brings the company’s exclusive tools, technology and first-class service directly to the people of Hawaii for the first time. The family ownership group includes siblings and long-time business partners, Kim and Brad Knowles who share a combined 24 years of experience in residential real estate in Seattle, Wash.
