Ballroom, tap classes offered
Seatree Osage, certified dance instructor, is bringing the benefits of dance to the residents of West Hawaii through several workshops and classes offered in August and September.
Osage teaches tap dance, American style smooth and American style rhythm ballroom. She trained as a tap instructor with Reni Damron, of Damron Academy of Dance, and trained and is certified in the ballroom dances with Fred Astaire Dance Studios Franchise.
Osage is giving a foxtrot workshop for the Kona Ballroom Dance Club from 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 14 at the Fitzone in Kailua-Kona. There will be an hour of dancing to follow. For more information regarding pricing, etc., on the workshop contact Joanna or Franz at 326-9190 or fweber@unifi.com.
