She was sentenced to serve 18 months for the first-degree theft and attempted theft charges and one year for the forgery and misrepresentation charges, with all but 160 days suspended that may be served intermittently with at least 32 days served annually, perform 200 community service hours within four years, pay $1,175 in fines and fees, in addition to restitution not yet determined, and write letters of apology to the victims.

c Andrew Jossy, 20, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded guilty Dec. 6 to second-degree assault and first-degree terroristic threatening. He was sentenced Jan. 9 to five years probation with conditions that he pay $1,083.21 in fines, fees, and restitution, serve one year incarceration with credit for time served, perform 100 community service hours, complete a GED or high school equivalency, and write a letter of apology to the victim.
c Malachi David Prince, 36, of Holualoa, pleaded guilty Jan. 11 to second-degree promoting a detrimental drug. He was sentenced to six months probation with conditions that he pay $805 in fines and fees.
c Cisco Keola Alconcel, 20, of no permanent address but known to frequent the Kailua-Kona area, was found guilty by jury on Oct. 25 of two counts second-degree robbery. He was sentenced Jan. 12 to five years incarceration, with credit for time served, and to pay $1,666.96 is restitution and fees.
c Manuel G. S. Pineo, 31, of Kailua-Kona, pleaded guilty Jan. 12 to second-degree promoting a detrimental drug. He received a one-year deferred acceptance of his plea with conditions that he pay $630 in fines and fees and serve four months incarceration, with credit for time served and all remaining time suspended.
