Team Livestrong fourth at Molokai Hoe
The Big Island’s Team Livestrong’s open team finished fourth at Sunday’s Molokai Hoe canoe race with a time of 5 hours, 36 minutes, 58 seconds.
The Molokai Hoe is a 41-mile outrigger canoe race from Molokai to Oahu.
Oahu’s Shell Vaa won the race in 5:15:49.
Kai Opua’s masters 40-plus team finished 18th in a time of 6:03:34.
