Walter Johnson, 89, of Keaau died March 3, 2013, at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Fresno, Calif., he was a retired vice president at Central Pacific Bank in California and a former B-26 Marauder pilot with the Army Air Corp during World War II.
Services will be held at the Riverside National Cemetery in California at a later date.
He is survived by daughters, Marchand (Mark) Green of Keaau, Cherie (Gene) Johnson of Sacramento, Calif., Susan Bustamante of Riverside, Calif.; sons, David (Marilyn) Walczak of El Toro, Calif., John Walczak of San Juan Capistrano, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
