Minnetta Welch
Minnetta Ann Welch, 70, of Keaau died Nov. 23 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born Jan. 28, 1942, in Minnesota, she was a mechanical inspector.
Private services are planned.
She is survived by husband, Richard Welch of Keaau; daughters, Diane Gutierrez of Kapaa, Kauai, Shawna Salazar of Corona, Calif.; brother, Richard Tatley of La Mirada, Calif.; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
