Mildred Shawe
Mildred “Mimi” Barbara Shawe, 79, of Waimea, died Nov. 10 at her residence. Born Oct. 14, 1933, in Richmond, Calif., she was a retired teacher.
A private memorial “tree planting” will be held at a later date.
She is survived by sons, Samuel (Jeanette Haines) Shawe of Bend, Ore., Victor (Karen) Shawe of Waimea, Danno (Myra) Shawe of Portland, Ore.; sister, Marilyne (Snyder King) Cizmich-King of Kerrville, Texas; companion, Polly Kaye of Waimea; four grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
