Jeanine Henriette Hickman, 78, of Hilo died Jan. 16, 2013, at the Hilo Medical center. Born in Bordeaux, France, Hickman retired as an accountant in Honolulu, then became a landscaper in Hilo.

She is survived by her son, Richard (Terri Wright) Hickman of Kailua-Kona; daughter, Danielle (Jonathon) Mendoza of Hilo; sister, Bibiche Martinhac of France; and two grandchildren.
