Hyang Dae Kim, 75, of Waimea died Feb. 10, 2013, at her residence. Born July 27, 1937, in Yesan, South Korea, she was the former owner of Yong’s Kalbi and member of Jehovah’s Witness.
Friends may call at 2 p.m. Feb. 23 at Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall in Honokaa, 44-2662A Kalopa Road, for a 3 p.m. service. Family requests no flowers.
She is survived by husband, Yong Kim of Waimea; daughter, Suk Kim of Los Angeles; sons, Hyeon Kim of Korea, Hyun Kim and Hyeon Kim, both of Honolulu; brothers, Robert Cho of Los Angeles, Ho Cho of Korea; sisters, Hyang Cho and Hyang Cho, both of Los Angeles; four grandchildren.
