Hawaii Island police have located 54-year-old Pahoa resident Roberta Banks, who was wanted by police.
Banks turned herself in Tuesday morning at the South Hilo police station, where she was arrested on suspicion of first-degree custodial interference and then released pending further investigation, police said.
