Big Island police have located 24-year-old Joel Landsborough of Kailua-Kona, who was wanted on a warrant and in connection with a suspected burglary ring.
Landsborough was arrested Friday. He was charged Saturday with contempt of court, theft for an incident at a department store this month, as well as two counts of unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle for cars that were stolen from Hilo in August and from Kona this month, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
His bail was set at $30,300. He was held at the Kona police cellblock until his court appearance Monday, police said.
