Pitching in at the park

Na Kahumoku, an environmental youth leadership movement at Kealakehe Intermediate School, volunteered Aug. 29 at Kaloko ponds. Under the direction of park ranger Mokihana Keoho, they sorted and hung palm fronds to be used as thatching for the new halau ike at Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park.
