The Doll Collectors Club of East Hawaii and the Minihunes Miniature Group’s holiday exhibit, “That’s Entertainment,” opens with a reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Dec. 7 at the Wailoa Arts and Cultural Center at Wailoa State Park in Hilo. Admission is free and refreshments will be served. The Volcano Festival Chorus will entertain with selections from its current repertoire.
Displays will feature 10 themes, including “Harry Potter,” Audrey Hepburn, “Gone with the Wind,” Shirley Temple and “Star Wars.” A luau scene created in 1-inch scale by the Minihunes will also be displayed. The exhibit will run through Dec. 28.
Wailoa Center is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and from noon to 4 p.m. Wednesday. Call 933-0416 for more information.
